Sent off at 9-1, the Uplawmoor-trained filly was delivered late on the scene to beat Kindgirl by three-quarters of a length.
“She now won three times here this year over course and distance,” said Goldie after he and Mulrennan were crowned leading trainer and jockey at the track for 2023. “She’s also won over six-furlongs and seven-furlongs and this is a nice prize to get at this time of year.”
Iain Jardine enjoyed a superb 1,274-1 treble courtesy of Bulls Aye, Pembrokeshire and Smart Lass while Andrew Mullen, who rode the last pair, also completed a three-timer on selling stakes winner Edge Of Darkness.
Bulls Aye was the first winner ridden by Dominic Hislop, a 17-year-old from Carlisle, who is based with Jardine.
“I only had two rides before today and they both went close so it’s nice to get that first win,” Hislop said. “My jockey coach is Brian Harding and one day the dream is to be a conditional rider over jumps.”
