Enjoy a more relaxed day where the focus is on exciting jumps racing, position yourself close to one of the hurdles or fences and get a real sense of the energy and power of the horses as they speed past. Corporate hospitality and packages are also available.

We're only 6 miles from Edinburgh City Centre with direct transport links and a courtesy bus from Wallyford (connecting to Edinburgh) and NewCraighall (connecting to Galashiels) train stations.

Children 17 years and under are admitted FREE at Musselburgh Racecourse when accompanied by a paying adult.Four children are permitted per paying adult and/or concession.

Children 17 years and under go free, when accompanied by a guardian. Child tickets can be obtained on the day of racing.

Please Note: Appropriate Photo ID will be required when entering the racecourse for Concession tickets purchased.
Eligibility for concessions:
- Students: only with a valid student ID featuring a valid expiry date
- Senior citizens, aged over 65 with proof
- Carers go free with a valid Carer’s ID or other carer documentation when accompanying a paying adult or concession, except on Ladies Day.

£0.00Our standard Child ticket is a general admission ticket that provides access to all public areas. You can obtain four child tickets, per adult/concession ticket or foodie experience.
Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. Proof of age may be requested and, if so, must be provided. You are responsible for each child that you bring onto the Racecourse and shall ensure each child complies with these Conditions. Call usExperience our NEW Harris Tweed Bistro & Bar which is located on the upper floor of our historic Grandstand. Its location has panoramic views across the finish line.
Our bistro menu focuses on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and showcases our bistro favourites including our infamous Fish and Chips sourced from Eyemouth harbour, mouth-watering Balmoral chicken, a classic Carvery, and traditional Scottish steak pie. Choose from one, two or three courses as well as lighter snacks and delicious home baking. Once you have finished your meal, you can head to our Harris Tweed Bar located on our first floor, overlooking the Pommery Lawn and pre-Parade ring. It is the perfect place to unwind, after your meal. View our sample menu, click here. Our 3-course meal starts from just £28pp.
We recommend booking tables in advance. To book your table on a raceday (available from Easter Saturday 2024), call 0131 665 2859. A £10 deposit per person will be required. Suitable for groups up to 10.
Kids eat free on the 3rd January and the 1st & 2nd February 2025*
Each booking will be made for 1.5hrs after which guests will be able to enjoy The Harris Tweed Bar or enjoy the racing from the grandstand.

This package is available for individuals and groups.
- Vouchers for food and drink will be available for collection on arrival at Entrance 3 and group organisers should distribute to their guests.
- After collecting your traditional Fish & Chips package you will be able to enjoy it in our many outdoor picnic areas.

Enjoy a day in our private domes, complete with a magnum of Pommery champagne and a foodie experience for you to enjoy throughout the day. Our domes seat ten and are located right alongside our finish line, where you can soak up the atmosphere of our action packed day.
Each dome includes:
- Unique experience providing panoramic views across the finish line
- Reserved private dome for the day (10 people)
- A magnum of Pommery Champagne to share
- Hot homemade steak and haggis pies served with homemade beetroot chutney; hearty scotch broth with Nairns oatcakes plus homemade Cranachan cookies.*
- Your own host including table service
- Use of our VIP toilets within our Queen's Stand

The domes are for 10 people and are priced per person. If you would like to bring more than 10 guests, you will be across multiple domes. Drinks are not included but drinks packages are available on request.
