Tartan Ted makes his arrival...

Everyone meet our newest team member! He's arrived from our good friends at ScotlandShop to be our ambassador for our New Year's Day Raceday.

The ScotlandShop, founded in 2002 by Anna White, is a fully fledged international organisation offering a wonderful collection of fabrics, clothing, accessories, gifts and more inspired and influenced by the multitude of colour found in Scottish tartans all over the world.  

They are based locally in the beautiful Scottish Borders, and most recently opened their first bricks and mortar store at 10 Queensferry Street, Edinburgh where you can view samples of fabrics or make use of their measuring service for tailored garments. Both online and in store, customers can expect the very best service and plenty of the friendly, helpful advice and assistance that Scotland is so famous for. 

At our New Years Day Racemeeting, we are encouraging all customers to wear 'a touch of tartan' to celebrate our Scottish heritage, and there might just be a prize in it for the person that makes the best effort on the day!
